Vacuuming air from ganaches

Hello, we have just recently had a nagging problem of our truffles cracking. Even when kept at a constant temperature. I'm suspecting that I may be getting air in the ganache despite all my efforts not to. Is there a machine that can take the air out? I've seen the Cadix Pro... anything a bit more affordable for a small chocolatier?
