Hi guys. Im having some trouble with small particles left in my cgocolate after grinding. I am using the cocoatown grinder (3kg) and after approximately 24 hours everything is really smoothing except for one some small pieces randomly in the chocolate? Could this be husk? Im still using the blow dryer method to winnow beans? At what percentage will husk start influencing he flavor perceptibly. Any advice appreciated. Regards. Dirk
