All three chocolate makers we're working with source their beans directly from cacao farmers in Central and South America, and give back to their communities and the ecosystems that support their cacao groves.  Your purchase also benefits Bio Itzà, a non profit in Guatemala that maintains a nature reserve and protects the old ways of sustainable forest gardening of the Itzà Maya people.
