I have also been doing research on continuous tempering machine from China, which I got off of alibaba....

i found one that I like and is 2000$ cheaper then the Italian ones. Though I haven't used it yet, I am thinking of getting this as well. It looks like we are starting companies up at the same time.

No I haven't used them, but am planning on buying from them. I too don't want to misuse my money...from talking with the company, they seemed to have taken the cacaotown grinders and just copied them....as you know,,,,they have two different wet grinders. One just for cacao, which is similar to the cacaotown. I read somewhere that there is a company in England that uses them with good results.

i will ask the company for a list of other companies using there equipment.
