This is difficult to say, but the dark chocolates ganaches are lots of people favorites, pralines with not to much sugar added are also selling good.I hate to much sugar and my clients now that by now. Some times there are people amazed how its possible they never could loved chocolate on this way, funny to me
May I ask what is the most popular or best seller in your shop? I mean what falvour chocolates are selling better?
