My name is Eric and I have been working with chocolate since I was eleven years old when my father opened a chocolate shop.  Since then I have worked with cacao farmers in Ecuador, Guatemala, Nicaragua, Honduras, and Puerto Rico.  I have been involved in all sorts of cacao projects in Latin America, Canada and the U.S. and I continue to look forward to more chocolatey adventures wherever they may take me...
