Can anyone suggest the best place that I can source and buy 'Couverture' chocolate in Turkey? I have used Callebaut in the past and would welcome other suggestions subject to availability. Thank you.
Hi Robbie, I have just seen your post! I used to live in Istanbul. I remember looking for Callebaut, but finding it difficult to source in Istanbul. Belcolade seems easier to get in Turkey. I will look for telephone numbers etc and let you know. Also, if you have been to the Chocolate Academy in the UK, they should be able to put you in touch with Callebaut in Turkey.
