Patrick:Welcome to TheChocolateLife. I am writing this from a hotel room in La Paz. Yesterday had a visit at El Ceibo and later in the day purchased four bars of chocolate. The texture of the Chocolates Para Ti bar (plain milk) was the best of the ones we tried. I am not going to be able to make it to Sucre this trip but I should be back in the not-too-distant future so I hope to be able to make Sucre a part of that trip and perhaps visit the folks at Chocolates Para Ti.:: Clay
