Meeting up with cacao fair trade producers in Colombia right now, and then moving back to France with my wife to open a bean - to -bar production and educational workshops on the way cacao is produced.
We are just starting to learn about chocolate processings so we have a lot of reading to do here in TheChocolateLife, and then a lot of practising... All tips and advices are welcome !
