Thanks! As you saw in my profile, I'm in Guatemala, so people generally do know what it is they're seeing. They especially love the fact that a Guatemalan chocolate maker is finally incorporating some of that ultra-rich cacao history that we have.Aside from the 5-gram tasting squares, I use a 50-gram glyph mold and a 115-gram Maya calendar mold. Always looking for cool new ones to add.

Love your use of maya glyphs! Do you use much maya design commercially? Do you find many people familiar with it?
