I think this video is a little disjointed as it goes back and forth between chocolate production and confectionery production and mixes up the steps so it could be confusing for people who are looking to learn something about chocolate from this thinking that it is actually based on a factory tour - which would be linear and follow the processes logically from beginning to end.
