Mentor, anyone? New to the Chocolate business in need of Mentor.

Hello Chocolate lifers. After 28 years in Hollywood, I am now a new business owner of a small yet fabulous chocolate shop in Sausalito California. We are up and running. Things are going well. I could sure use a mentor...if anyone is interested or knows a kind person with experience hook me up! Most of my questions concern the business side and storage side of owning a chocolate shop.
