Airbrush Advice

Can anyone recommend an airbrush kit fordecoratingchocolate sculptures. I don't exactly know how to shop for one but I know what I need it to do:

1. Can handle colored cocoa butter or colored productscompatiblewith chocolate.

2. Has the ability to not only make fine lines but soft sprays (duel-action is it?)

3. Has a quiet(ish) motor.

4. Can be used with luster, pearlecent and/ormetallicmaterials.

5. Price isn't as important as reliability to me, but I'm hoping to see a general range in what I'd have to spend.

I'm open to anysuggestionsfrom a good starting out kit to one that lasts for years and years.
