FDA Standards of Identity

Anyone wanting to start a business needs to adhere to these regulations and not take the advice of someone telling you that you can skip whatever portions of the Standards that you don't like. It is very important to keep the quality of American chocolate high, though I do feel they could make the standards a little higher than they are currently, but I suppose that's is another issue.Andrea
