We currently have an opportunity for an enthusiastic and self-motivated culinary professional to join our small team as Assistant Chocolatier . The ideal candidate has a confectionary or baking/pastry background and some experience working with chocolate. We are looking for a positive, enthusiastic and flexible team player who is passionate about chocolate and eager to learn all aspects of candy making in a fast paced environment. Two changes we made with the chocolate is that this time we winnowed the chocolate. This time we didn't use a blow dryer to melt the chocolate. Two improvements with the chocolate is that the melanger didn't get clogged this time and everyone put in work.
