Playing with Nib to Bar Milk Chocolate

I've been playing with a small melanger and made a batch of milk chocolate that so far is the best I've made from scratch. The recipe still needs work - but I'm seeing great potential for this.

Two changes we made with the chocolate is that this time we winnowed the chocolate. This time we didn't use a blow dryer to melt the chocolate. Two improvements with the chocolate is that the melanger didn't get clogged this time and everyone put in work.
