Combining a chocolate festival with a day of fascinating classes taught by chocolate experts, the DallasChocolate.org Chocolate Conference 2010 promises to be a unique and tasty event. On August 14, 2010, the main hall of the Addison Conference Centre in Addison, TX, will feature tables representing some of Dallas' finest chocolatiers. Each chocolatier will be sampling a range of their creations in exchange for tickets purchased by attendees. Attendance will be capped and spread throughout the day to make sure that everyone gets the chance to meet each chocolatier and savor their creations.
But that's only half of the excitement. In addition, a separate room will have a full day of informative and fun sessions led by chocolate experts including topics like, "How to Taste Fine Chocolate" and "Chocolate Making 101." The first session will be a roundtable discussion between all the exhibiting chocolatiers. The chocolatiers will explain what initially drew them to chocolate and answer questions from the audience.
Special guests include Clay Gordon, Art Pollard (Amano), and Adrienne Newman (Madame Cocoa).

I will be there - and my topic is "Everything You Ever Wanted to Know About Chocolate ..." an open forum where anything and everything goes. If you're in Texas and you love chocolate then you don't want to miss this one.
I am looking forward to being there and presenting. Thanks for the invite.
