The third annual DallasChocolate.org Chocolate Conference & Festival promises more chocolate than ever before.

Last year’s event received excellent reviews with the Dallas Observer (City of Ate) calling it a “...very, very, very good thing” and D Magazine (SideDish) proclaiming, “I left the conference a little wiser, slightly heavier, and a good deal happier. This is one event I’ll be sure not to miss for years to come.”

This year’s event promises to be even more interesting with over a dozen chocolate makers and chocolatiers already confirmed to participate and will be sampling their chocolates at the event

Chocolate makers Tejas Chocolate (Houston) and Rogue Chocolatier (Boston) plus

Dallas chocolatiers Chocolate Secrets, Wiseman House, Dr. Sue’s Chocolate, Oh Brownie, The Dark Chocolate Bakery, Pure Chocolate Desserts by Zach, Toffee Treats, Elegantly Chocolate, Collin College, and Sublime Chocolate.

More chocolatiers and chocolate makers will be announced soon.

The Chocolate Conference & Festival 2012 has two main components that take place in adjoining rooms of the Addison Conference Centre. At the Festival attendees can meet and sample chocolates from all of the participating chocolatiers and chocolate makers while at the Conference, attendees can enjoy classes throughout the day about the making, use, and history of fine chocolate.

The Conference will start with the Chocolatierʼs Roundtable -- a free-flowing discussion with all participating local chocolatiers. Both the Conference & Festival are included in the price of admission.
