Crystofil -> Belcolade

Posted in: Chocolate Education

Hi there,

Is the anyone using Crystofil from Belcolade. I am thinking of using it but like to know if there are people who have any experience with this product.

It seems to be quit easy and produces a long shelf life for the products. But it is also very hard to find any recipes and technical FAQ's on the product.

Thanks

Jan

Looking for a second hand flow wrapping machine

Posted in: Classifieds F/S or Wanted

Hi Alan, looks good. I presume it works well. What price range did you have in mind.

And what more chocolate equipment do you have to offer.

Looking forward to your reply.

Jan

Looking for a second hand flow wrapping machine

Posted in: Classifieds F/S or Wanted

Hi guys,

Can someone help me to find a reasonable priced second hand flow wrapping machine. There is no need for great quantities. We are getting busier with the packaging and are looking to invest in a flow wrapper.

The differences between Temper 1 and Temper 2 on Chocovision machines

Posted in: Tech Help, Tips, Tricks, & Techniques

Thanks for that Clay. Very helpful now I understand. I was always doing the temper 2, it takes a bit more time but knowing now that it makes the chocolate just that bit better is good to know.

I bought another Delta, great machine for smaller quantities.

Cheers

Hi Debra, have you noticed that this blemishing takes place in winter? I've had no problems up until now. The cracking is very hard to avoid as you can not keep thr metal sheets on the right teperature, they cool down very fast. How do you do this?Cheers Jan
