Hi Daniel Domingo, Greetings! Send me your email and will connect you to the folks at Malagos Chocolate. I learned that there are other growers Southern part of the Philippines and in different parts of the country but few are into fermenting and drying... Read your blog. Good stuff. Glad to hear that Chocolate in the Philippines is looking up. I'm interested in seeing what the Filipino cocoa beans look like. I import a lot beans and do quite a bit of grading and unfortunately NONE are Filipino. I was wondering if you might be the man to help me get my hands on some to look at. I've been to the Philippines twice and it's sad to say that I have never been to a farm.
