It has been some time, and I am following up. Where do you stand on getting your bars made? I do private label bars. Thanks John R.

John is correct in pointing out that the quantity of production is important. Other factors include the packaging, the chocolate to be used, and any flavors or inclusions that will be added. Without knowing this it's difficult to know exactly where to send you without wasting your time. Also, what part of the country are you located in? If you're in LA, you might not want to consider manufacturing in NYC.:: Clay
Hi Arnold,If you are looking for smaller quantities from 100 to 5,000, I can make chocolate bars for you. Costs are higher than you will get quoted from some of the big factories in the mid-west, but these companies will insist 50,000 minimums. If you would like to discuss this further, please email me at john.rossini@travelchocolate.com, or call 718-841-7030 e 2. Thanks John R.
There are several retail confectioner groups, such as PMCA (Pennsylvania Manufacturing Confectioners Assoc.), NCA (National Confectioners Assoc.), and AACT (American Association of Confectionery Technologists) that have directories of co-manufacturers. To start you can try www.gomc.com (web site for Manufacturing Confectioner) where they offer a candy buyers directory.
