Roger,I use a crock pot to warm my colored cocoa butters. The trick is to make sure water does not leak into the lids. This will occur when the bottle is less full and water levels are high. I use various techniques, including airbrushing. I use a professional artist airbrush, top feed, with an air compressor. I find that bottom feeds are not reliable and you spend more time setting up/cleaning than actually painting. Make sure the airbrush is clean before putting it away. That will save you set up time and make life easier.
