Hi Roisin, here is a good one that is non-dairy and non-sugar. I use a good Merlot or Cab, preferably orgainc:Ingredients:10 oz 100% Chocolate4 oz Agave Nectar7 oz Merlot WineDirections:Melt the chocolate in a double boiler, and let cool slightlyMix the wine, agave nectar togetherMix all ingredients together quickly and pour into a ceramic bowlCover and cool in the refrigeratorRoll into about 30 balls, weighed out to .45oz and refrigerateStir this mixture well until it cools and comes together otherwise it may separate.Good luck!
