Hello Sarah, thank you for your reply, yes to your question, have a life time passion of making chocolates, so do my girls but was not expecting such a generous offer from you. What would I need to do to get any help from you if you are willing to help. This would greatly help us move forward in our lives. Thank you so much Sarah and God bless you my dear - Good wishes from Safari Kenya.

What can I say about my experience, actually none, why because we are not blessed where we are to get supplies, again actually none, its not like back in Europe or the states that we can walk in any supplies shops and buy what we need, as I read about what and how people do on this site which by the way is incredibly informative I will never be able to get started in making stunning chocolates - never at least not in this life time. Uganda ourneighbors (I am in Kenya) grows superb cocoa beans which we can easily get but then what, we need lots of other materials and equipment which are virtually none available here. I am sorry just pouring out my frustrations on my ever comment on this forum - but is there anything else I can do? Anyway have a great chocolate making fun and keep us posted - bye for now, regards from the Safari country Kenya.

Sarah:

Thanks for the kind words and I hope I speak for many ChocolateLife members when I say I that I am interested in reading - and seeing - more about your adventures. I may be in SF in early September and I hope to be doing at least one public event while I am there ... I will let you know and perhaps we'll get a chance to meet.

Liked you most memorable chocolate experience description in your profile. It'd be great if you could spare the time for a blog on the extended experience in Ecuador. Whereabouts did you visit in the country?
