SELEUŠS [si-lüs] is a new line of haute chocolate truffles by Chocolatier W. Alexander Lóng. For the past nine years, Lóng has followed time-honored French techniques and a philosophy of incorporating the finest ingredients from around the world into his creations. He has spared no expense or effort in creating micro-batch, handcrafted chocolate truffles in unique, refined, and artful flavor combinations. Lóng’s efforts have been rewarded with many Gold and Silver medals at local and international chocolate competitions. His signature { Greek Rose } chocolate truffle won both Gold and Silver at the International Chocolate Salon in San Francisco, and the { Wild Lavender Honey } truffle received Silver. He is also a Professional member of the prestigious { Chaîne des Rôtisseurs } society, the oldest and largest International Association of Gastronomy. Currently serving as “Chef Rôtisseur” at the Seattle Bailliage.
