Awards for the 2009 San Francisco International Chocolate Salon came out on Thursday. As I'm just starting out, I only make 5 flavors. I sampled my 2 most popular flavors at the Chocolate Salon, Freshly Zested Lime and Almond Butter topped with Applewood Smoked Sea Salt. Although I also sold all my flavors in their respective gift boxes and as singles, I suspect it was the two flavors I sampled that won us the award.
