Posting legal issues and disclaimers

Hello All. I'm about 2 weeks from opening and I'd like to know what type of notices and disclaimers folks use to post required "legal-type" info in your shops (CYA). I have an excellent blurb about consumer based, shelf life issues (thanks Dale!), and I'm wondering what else I need to post in order to cover myself regarding consumer protection issues (eg: chocolates made using tools that come in contact with peanuts, etc).
