Chocolate Production Plan

Hello everyone,

I have been making chocolates at home for over 7 years now. I will hopefully be able to use a commercial kitchen within the next few months. I will increasing my production by a lot. How do I go about making a production schedule and/or plan to help me stay on task and the order in which items to make when? Anyone that could help me out would be great! Thanks!!
