I know everyone makes different chocolates but how much do people sell their individual chocolates and bars at markets? How much do they weigh ie how much per gram for bars?
I sell my raw organic chocolates for $1 each or 3 for $2.50 is this too cheap? They are not enrobed just have one flavouring ingredient per choccie. I don't do bars yet but want to get an idea of what to charge.
