Hello Mariella,Interesting question. Based on what I am seeing and hearing, it is clear that no one is comfortable in the luxury goods marketplace right now. Diamonds, real estate, fashion are all still very watchful.However, based on what I am seeing in my own community, which has been the epicenter for economic devastation in the Mid-western United States, I'd say that consumer confidence is returning.What kind of business are you in? Two changes we made with the chocolate is that this time we winnowed the chocolate. This time we didn't use a blow dryer to melt the chocolate. Two improvements with the chocolate is that the melanger didn't get clogged this time and everyone put in work.
