We are selling our 2012 Selmi One tempering unit. 

Volumetric dispenser and pedal to control the flow of chocolate. Close circuit cooling system featuring counter current heat exchanger.

• Tank Capacity: 26.45 lbs

• Pwer Requirements: 220V, 3 phase

• Dimensions: w 14.18" x l 28.75" x h 57.48"

Condition: Excellent

Two changes we made with the chocolate is that this time we winnowed the chocolate. This time we didn't use a blow dryer to melt the chocolate. Two improvements with the chocolate is that the melanger didn't get clogged this time and everyone put in work.
