Hi Erika, I just looked at all your pics. Looks good! I see a business logo on some of them... the chocolate season... is that your business? I am still working for an insurance company.. as a project manager. I am learning more and more about chocolate. I took an online course in the fall thru eCole. It was pretty good. Very informative. We have been remodeling our kitchen lately, it's almost done now. So I hope I will have more time to play with the chocolate soon! It's sooo cool to see the look on people's faces when they taste something you made that tastes amazingly good! Hope to catch up with you more soon!
How did you like the LA Burdick class? I was thinking of taking it this summer.
Hi Erika! I remember you from the class at Burdick's. That class was so much fun! I learned so much in just 4 days. I would love to go to an advanced class with Michael. Your easter basket looks wonderful!
