We are 3rd & 4th generation candymakers, continuing our family traditions & recipe since 1905. We use a copper kettle for making old fashioned fudges, brittles, toffees, creams, air crunch (hot air), caramels, turtles & more. We also use antique candy crimper & drop roller candy machines to make hard candies. We are interested in learning new techniques & candy dipping or candy making tips.
