ChocoVision introduces the capacity-increasing Holey Baffle for commercial units

Hey Michael: We had about ten made as prototypes for the Revolation 1 and 2 units, and due to the popularity of The Chocolate Life, they were all snagged pretty quickly. The preliminary reviews were good, but suggest that the smaller Holey Baffles need a bit more work before being put to market. We hope to have the next batch soon.
Ian... is there a version of this for the rev 2?
aloha! is it required to use SEED chocolate when using this machine or can ONE temper (the whole process) using the x3210 WITHOUT seed chocolate? mahalo!

I really like this baffle, it does help with heat distribution. I'm going to be testing the increased capacity over the next week.
