Chocolate Down Under
Hi Karen.I wish I could afford a class at the French Culinary Institute. I took a class at ICE (Institute of Culinary Education) and I loved it. They ran 2 classes in a week, so it was a good 30 hour run, and we had 3 different instructors, which was also nice.I wanted to take a hands-on class before diving into an online training. My class at Ecole begins next Friday.I hope this helps!
