That's a pretty random comment you left on Cheeb's comment wall. You are in Montreal and he is in Guatemala. Have you actually tasted his chocolate? Or is this just a general rant about chocolate that is not "raw?"
I have done a great deal of research on the topic of raw/lightly processed chocolate versus conventional roasted/processed chocolate and I would be very interested in knowing what credible research sources (with citations to peer-reviewed papers) you have consulted that leads you to the opinion that chocolate is dead and is so toxic that it kills people.
