I'm a pastry chef here in Ireland and I'm practising my chocolate skills to become a fulltime chocolatier. I've allways been passionate about chocolate and the times right now to live my dream. I hope to start selling my creations online and at craft markets.Have you trained as a chocolatier ?? I'm taking a few 2 day courses next year with Barry Callebaut over in Banbury.
