Lucia aka Lulu has been selling chocolates since the age of 8. She remembers peddling chocolate bars to unsuspecting neighbors for a school fund raiser one summer. She and her diminutive sales partner sold out in about an hour so they decided to reward themselves by splitting the last bar of chocolate. She knew from that moment as they ate the half melted mess under the shade of a pecan tree that chocolate tastes better when it is shared.
Now, after traveling across Asia, taking chocolatier classes at the Institute of Culinary Education in NYC, and changing her career, she'd like to share with you the flavors she has encountered during her travels through the chocolates she makes.
