Does anyone have any recommendations for a stick blender for small ganache batches? I was leaning toward the Kitchenaid commercial version.
I use a simple Waring stick blender. I have a Robot Coupe Stick blender and I find it a little big for the small task at hand. Good luck!

I haven't tried to work with kitchenaid, but i am using robot coupe mp 106 model and it makes perfect job! Hope it helps,
