yes, I was there, but had to leave early. Sadly, before the samples. Was hosting a superbowl party that afternoon, and had to get back to kitchen. See u at the next one!
I hope you did not miss the chocolates we sampled, not yet released dark with nibs & a hint of salt, a milk that tasted like caramel. Clay had some from Granada that was rich and a 75% Kallari. All were just exciting. Had dinner nearby after and the chocolate dessert did not compare to the bars.
I was so sorry I had to leave early-glad to have met you and to have heard some of what Tim is doing. What did I miss?
