We are a new company, just getting our feet wet. My husband's job has taken us to Hong Kong for the next three years, so our plans of opening a Tea Room and Chocolate Shop have been put on hold unutil then. In the mean time, I am experimenting with new flavours, investigating teas and teaching small groups the basics of working with chocolate.
