I tasted a few Morin bars. What do I think...They are not bad, but also not brilliant. Flavors are very soft, misty, not pronounced. I miss some character. The textureis not smooth enough and they must throw out the lecithin (cardboard taste!).I just tasted their Ecuador next to the Ecuador of Pump Street Bakery. The last one is great! Very bright, clear, clean, good texture and melt, flavors of lychee, white peaches and jasmine. Lovely!
I have tried their Ecuador and Peru and like both of them! I am going to use Ecuador one for the coming tasting workshop as well. What do you think about their bars?
