Im in Tampa but from what i read Miami does have some good chocolatiers- take a look at an article link i put in on the Where to Buy Choc forum- its all about choc in FL!!

Wow cant remember my best find but I loved seeing Marys from Japan there with their beautiful chocs and display- I had not seen them before and of cousre any chocolatier from Japan is a rarity! Also fun to find RIOT (cocoa riot?) they make choc covered nibs and really promote like crazy- have you heard of them?

Your main picture looks like you are at the NYC Choc Show- yes? That is the greatest and most overwhelming chocolate experience to go to- the crowd is almost too thick to get through! The choc vendors are so diverse and super generous with samples, its awesome. I try to go every year to see what's new.... Love it!!
