Glue/Sealant for Cocoatown Large Grinders

Hello.

I have a used ICGC-C-40 wet grinder that now leaks from the stainless bowl to granite bottom seal. Any recommendations on a sealant/glue to reseal the bowl? I tried GE Silicone II from the outside but it did not seal well. I think I am going to have to seal the bowl from the inside - which is a food contact surface.
