Description:
David Wolfe talks about growing cacao (though he refers to them mostly as chocolate trees) at Noniland in Hawaii. The eventual goal (he states at the end) is to make chocolate traceable to an individual tree, which they are going to imbue with individual personalities. Sustainable? Scalable? Affordable? What are your thoughts?
As an aside, since this video was produced and uploaded, David Wolfe is no longer a partner in Sacred Chocolate. Not sure what that means for this venture. Perhaps Steve would like to clue everyone in.
