Can Anyone Suggest a Reliable Manufacturer of Polycarbonate Moulds in China?

Posted in: Classifieds F/S or Wanted

Hi

I am looking at purchasing custom made polycarbonate bar moulds. Has anyone purchased these from China and if so, what experiences have you had?

The moulds are to go on a moulding plant, so they need to be fairly tough.

I would appreciate any information.

Many thanks

Natan

Looking for contract manufacturer for couverture bars

Posted in: Classifieds F/S or Wanted

Hi Tom

Thanks for the advice- I have them on my list. Do you know anyone that has dealt with this company before? If so, any feedback?

I am looking into Heritage chocolates- are you familiar with them?

Cheers

Natan

Looking for contract manufacturer for couverture bars

Posted in: Classifieds F/S or Wanted

Hi all,

I am currently looking for a reliable chocolate manufacturer to produce a quality 50g chocolate bar (to my own specific design). There seem to be very few manufacturers in Sydney who have the capacity to do so.

I know there is a larger chocolate making community in Melbourne- I will work with these if I have to.

Does anyone know a manufacturer in Sydney (does not have to be bean to bar)??

Thanks

Natan

Hi AmandaThanks for your suggestions. Our chocolates are finished and I am often concerned about spoilage. Can you suggest the brand of the "dry packs" you use? Are you using normal cardboard boxes?ThanksNatan

Shipping Chocolates in Hot Climates

Hi, Does anyone have any knowledge of posting chocolates in high temperatures? We are located in Sydney, Australia and would like to start selling our gift-boxes online.Does anyone have experience in doing this. Our temperatures range from 25-35 degrees Celsius (77-95 Fahrenheit)- mainly over the summer months.I am trying to find an alternative to polystyrene boxes (as they are bad for the environment and take up heaps of space). Any help would be appreciated :-).ThanksNatan
