There are smiliraties between spanish and portuguese, some common words, in case you need anything in regards with spanish, I will be more than glad to help.And yes, I work with chocolate, I teach a basic tecniches course. You would be amazed how litlle is good chocolate developed in my country despite the fact we have some of the most reputed cocoa nibs.

Valrhona is still one of the all time best chocs i think- there's a good little history of that co. at Chocolate Zoom magazine (online mag)
