Hi Gloria, glad to hear from a fellow Irish Person - i though i was alone here why not try Irish American Chocolate - just add some Green Stripes or shamrocks ha haAt the moment i'm working on designing a website for myself which i hope to have running by the end of this year. though i'm still toying with names and designs for my chocolates - tough trying to find something catchy and that works well on the internet.

Where did you source your Costa Rica beans? John Nanci has some right now and I've been very pleased with the chocolate made from them, but I'm always open to other sources.
