Hi Greger, for some good Paris insight I highly recommend David Lebovitz's blog and book "The Great Book of Chocolate" he is an American author/ choc expert living and giving choc tours of Paris. Also Mort Rosenblum's book "Chocolate- A Bittersweet Saga of Dark & Light" is a very good - he also lives in Paris and is part of David's Paris tour this year....if you could join that tour you would be one seriously lucky chocophile!
