Hello! I apologize for not writing sooner, the chocolate with quinoa is from El Ceibo (elceibo.org). The gentlemen from El Ceibo came for demonstrations around Valentine's Day to the National Museum of the American Indian (where I work). We sold their chocolate almost immediately. I wish we had more to offer but it might be awhile until we receive another shipment.Love the shots of all the fabulous chocolate on your page!

Wow, wow, and wow- that buffet looks like a ritual offering to the dieties of Chocolate! Is it just for one special event or a regular buffet they have? I must partake....

Irma:Welcome to The Chocolate Life. I am glad to hear that you connected with Gwen so quickly - that's one of the reasons I wanted to stop blogging about chocolate and start building a community of people who are passionate about chocolate. When you go to the Peninsula, if it's not too tacky we'd all enjoy seeing pictures of what's on offer.
